Considerations
- What activities does your team want to note or track?
- Which activities require forms to be completed?
- Do any activities require some level of approval?
- Are there certain groups of activities that are regularly scheduled or require coordination from multiple users in order to complete?
- Do certain forms or activities require multiple services/sessions/visits to complete? (These may be best served in a template)
Entering Data
Use the standard HealtheFirst interface to enter activities (Activities > Create New Activity). Please keep the following in mind:
- As with all manual entry options, this can be slightly labor intensive if there are a large number of activities required for your organization. However, manual entry provides the quickest and most reliable way for you to enter data.
- "Expected Duration" is not a field that's currently visible or used elsewhere in the organization. There are plans in the future to use this information (or calculate this information) as part of our analytics and reporting on user efficiency, but this is not currently on our immediate backlog.
Use the standard HealtheFirst interface to enter service templates (Service Templates > Create New Service Template). When doing so, please keep the following in mind:
- As with all manual entry options, this can be slightly labor intensive if there are a large number of templates required for your organization. However, just as with activities, manual entry provides the quickest and most reliable way for you to enter data.
- Relevant activities will need to be setup prior to creating a new service template.
