...synchronize form data?

Setup & Configuration (Administrators)

1. Go to [navigation menu] > Activities > (select activity or create a new one).
2. Check "Can Copy From Previous Forms."
3. Save.

How it Works

1. When viewing a service with an activity that has synchronization enabled, users will see an sync icon in at the top of the activity.
2. Clicking on this icon will bring up a menu that will allow show you all of the completed services for that client, with that activity.  Click on a service to copy the data from those forms into the current service.
3. Now, when you open the form, you will see the data from the previous activity.  Any changes made will only affect the version.
