Setup & Configuration (Administrators)
- Go to [navigation menu] > Activities > (select activity or create a new one).
- Check "Can Synchronize Forms."
- Save.
How it Works
- When viewing a service with an activity that has synchronization enabled, users will see an sync icon in at the top of the activity.
- Clicking on this icon will do the following:
- Find the last completed service for the patient with the same activity.
- Get the information from the forms and import it into the corresponding forms on the current service.
- Now, when you open the form, you will see the data from the previous activity. Any changes made will only affect the version.
