Standard Hours

Our standard business hours are 8am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.  Unless otherwise listed (below), our support desk will be running at 100% during these hours, and our service level targets will be tracked against these hours. 


Limited Support

While we will always strive to provide the highest level of support, we also value our employees' health and happiness.  For that reason, we will be running a limited support desk on the following days, which may reduce our responsiveness:

2024

  • January 1-2:  Closed
  • July 3:  Limited
  • July 4-5:  Closed
  • September 2:  Closed
  • November 28-29:  Closed
  • December 23:  Limited
  • December 24-25:  Closed


Additional Notes

This is a living document and dates will be updated as needed.  We will always try to provide at least 1 month's notice for any additions to the limited/closed list.
