...add a staff member?

Setup & Configuration

No setup is required, but the staff member performing the steps will need to have the Staffs: Edit All permission.


Steps 

  1. In the navigation menu, click "Staff" to be brought to the staff list.
  2. Click "Add Staff Member" in the footer.
  3. Complete the new staff member's profile, including the email address.
  4. Click "Save."  
  5. The staff member will automatically be sent an email welcoming them to HealtheFirst, and will include a link to set their password.  
    • If they do not receive the email, they can also go to https://solution.healthefirst.com and click "Forgot your password?" to trigger the same email.  If they still don't receive it, please double check the email entered on their profile, and double-check their spam/junk folder.
