Setup & Configuration
No setup is required, but the staff member performing the steps will need to have the Staffs: Edit All permission.
Steps
- In the navigation menu, click "Staff" to be brought to the staff list.
- Click "Add Staff Member" in the footer.
- Complete the new staff member's profile, including the email address.
- Click "Save."
- The staff member will automatically be sent an email welcoming them to HealtheFirst, and will include a link to set their password.
- If they do not receive the email, they can also go to https://solution.healthefirst.com and click "Forgot your password?" to trigger the same email. If they still don't receive it, please double check the email entered on their profile, and double-check their spam/junk folder.
