Considerations

  • How should clients be grouped?
  • Which billing codes need to be setup as defaults for clients?


Entering Data

Use the standard HealtheFirst interface to enter client statuses (Clients > [dropdown] > Statuses > Add Status).  Please keep the following in mind:

  • As with all manual entry options, this can be slightly labor intensive if there are a large number of statuses required for your organization.  However, there are typically only a few statuses, and manual entry provides the quickest and most reliable way for you to enter data. 
  • Remember to use the "Active" option to set which statuses indicate that a client is actively in the system.  Clients that are assigned to "inactive" statuses will not be available for new service creation.
