Problem

You tried to save some information, most likely a service, and received an error message:

Error: Unable to complete action because potentially malicious text was found

Solutions

Unfortunately, this typically means that a security flag was triggered on our end and your attempt to save was stopped.  In most cases, the text will not seem problematic, but fits a certain pattern of text that our server is guarding against.  Please open a ticket and include the following information:

• A screenshot of the page you are on, with the error message if possible.  Please make sure this includes identifying information like the service id if you are trying to save a service.
• The date and time your ran into the error (as specific as possible).
• Your public IP address, which you can get from a site like: https://ip.me/.
