...delete a client?

In order to safeguard against the accidental deletion of clients, an extra step has been added to the process.  This has proved to be a helpful process for our customers, as it still remains a relatively simple process.

Steps to Delete Client

  1. Set the client's status to an "inactive" status and save their profile.  In most cases, this is sufficient to delete or archive the client.  While in this status, they will not appear in the "new service" client list, and will be removed from most client filters.  If you need to fully delete the client, though, move on to the next step.
  2. A "Delete" button will be present in the lower-left corner of the page when a client has an "inactive" status.  Click this button.
  3. Read the warning that will appear, and then you will be able to delete the client.
